AS DISTASTEFUL AUTHORITARIANISM IS TO DEMOCRATS, THEY MAY DECIDE IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO CONVINCE TRUMP VOTERS THEY WERE WRONG TO SUPPORT TRUMP AND HIS AUTHORITARIANISM THAT HAS SEVERELY DAMAGED AMERICA AND AMERICAN LIVES.
RETRIBUTION FOR SUPPORTING TRUMP’S ANTI-CONSTITUTIONAL REGIME COULD LOOK LIKE:
● Rounding up people wearing MAGA hats and detaining them while they are investigated for unspecified crimes
● Shutting down the computers of those who purchased MAGA mercandise online
● Temporarily withholding federal benefits from Republicans who voted for Trump,
● Arresting people known to have made violent comments towards Joe Biden.
● Subjecting only Republicans to the cruelest parts of the Big Beautiful Bill
● Banning the Bible and other Christian books from schools
● Gerrymandering red states to favor Democrats
● Filing lawsuits against all right-wing media
● Make all MAGA voters take a test on the Constitution and if they fail fine them.
● Surveille people who visit sites about Trump, Trumpism, Russia, MAGA history, Hitler, Nazism
● Extort money from Christian schools and media outlets
SOUNDS HORRIBLE! IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE THAT DEMOCRATS WOULD EVER SINK THIS LOW. HOWEVER, THEY MAY HAVE TO BECAUSE TRUMP HAS SUCCESSFULLY CORRUPTED AND BRAINWASHED MILLIONS OF AMERICANS TO BELIEVE THAT WHAT HE IS DOING TO OUR DEMOCRACY IS NOT AUTHORITARIANISM.
DEMOCRATS DEFEND DEMOCRACY AND THE CONSTITUTION. DEMOCRATS REJECT AUTHORITARIANISM. DEMOCRATS DO NOT RIG ELECTIONS, DEMOCRATS PROTECT THE CONSTITUTION. DEMOCRATS REJECT CONSPIRACY THEORIES. DEMOCRATS BELIEVE THAT ALL PEOPLE OF ANY RELIGION, ETHNICITY, GENDER IDENTITY, AGE AND DISABILITY ARE EQUAL. DEMOCRATS THINK A WOMAN IS QUALIFIED TO BE PRESIDENT. DEMOCRATS DON’T THREATEN TO JAIL THEIR OPPONENTS WITHOUT CAUSE. DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTS DO NOT ACCEPT EXPENSIVE GIFTS FROM FOREIGN COUNTRIES. DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTS DO NOT USE THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENCY TO INCREASE THE PROFITS OF THEIR PERSONAL BUSINESSES. DEMOCRATS RESPECT THE SEPARATION OF POWERS.
Until the Republican Party rejects Trump and authoritarianism, Republican voters should either stay home on election day or vote for a democrat. That would be the beginning of their redemption for becoming fake patriots.
