THANK YOU, TRUMP, FOR GETTING ANOTHER LOWLIFE CANDIDATE NOMINATED FOR DEMOCRATS TO RUN AGAINST. IT IS NOT SURPRISING THAT TRUMP WANTS TO ELEVATE THE CORRUPT PAXTON TO THE SENATE AS HE HAS COMMITTED THE SAME SORT OF CRIMINAL AND IMMORAL ACTS AS TRUMP. HE WOULD UNDOUBTEDLY CONTINUE TO PROTECT TRUMP FROM FURTHER SCRUTINY REGARDING THE EPSTEIN FILE COVER-UP AND TRUMP’S WHITE COLLAR CRIMES AND SCAMS.
Ken Paxton is believed by many in both parties to be the most corrupt politician in office ( except for Donald Trump). His resume of corruption includes:
* Abuse of Office: Using the power of the Attorney General’s office—including drafting legal opinions and misusing state resources—to benefit Nate Paul’s business interests.
Several months after taking office as attorney general in 2015, Paxton was indicted on felony securities fraud charges in Texas and was accused of misleading investors in a company* (Whistleblower lawsuit)
Constitutional Bribery: Accusations that Nate Paul, real estate investor and political donor, provided expensive renovations to Paxton’s Austin home and gave a job to a woman with whom Paxton had an extramarital affair in exchange for legal favors.* In 2020, a group of top Paxton deputies reported him to the FBI, voicing concern that he was abusing his office to help an Austin real estate investor and political donor, Nate Paul.
The claims by the whistleblowers were central to the Texas House’s decision to impeach Paxton in 2023. The vote was overwhelmingly bipartisan.
As Attorney General Ken Paxton offered a controversial plea deal to Adam Hoffman, a former Waco attorney accused of continuous sexual abuse of a child. Paxton had Hoffman’s original charge of a first-degree sentence reduced to a misdemeanor and recommended a 30-day jail sentence, and was not required to register as a sex offender. (CNN online News)
Paxton, like Trump, has shown himself to be governed by self-interest and self- enrichment. He is also in the club of powerful politicians who commit adultery and constantly lie in their personal and political lives. Texans who vote for men like Paxton and continue to proudly tell the press, “Oh, I really like Trump,” are unwittingly admitting they think adulterers, pedophiles, liars, scammers, tax evaders, business frauds, insurrectionists, white nationalists, and fascists are pretty cool heroes of theirs. Most continued devotees of Trump dismiss all proven crimes and immoral actions that Trump has committed as lies. It is great for America that these people are a minority.
Paxton will run an aggressive smear campaign against Democratic opponent James Talarico. He knows many Texans view him as a corrupt albatross on the back of the Republican party, and that Talarico is delivering a strong message about morality, equality, and inclusion.
