Night two of Trump’s midterm convention closed with another rambling speech by the president that did nothing to help Republican House and Senate candidates, but did everything to boost Trump’s ego as he made each of the speeches all about himself, and a midterm message that is so stale that it is a version of the same one he has been delivering for the past six-plus years.

What is different about Trump in 2026 is that he keeps scheming to cheat and rig the midterm election in public.
Donald Trump isn’t hiding it.
He wants to rig the midterm election to keep Republicans in the majority to save his presidency.
Trump took his brazen desire to cheat to an even higher level by making those in attendance take an oath, not only to Donald Trump, but to cheat in the midterm election.

Trump said:
Please raise your right hand.
I pledge I pledge … to the greatest president in the history of the United States That loves us so much he can’t even breathe That I will go out with my family, my friends. I’ll do it anyway. I don’t care if I’m registered or not, I’m gonna try and cheat like hell like they do.
They’d never, there’s never been bigger cheaters, they don’t care. I am gonna go out and I’m gonna get my friends, my family, and we are going to vote on November 3rd, or we are going to vote before that.
There is no evidence that Democrats cheat in elections, but Trump made Republicans take an oath to cheat in the midterms.
Trump also blew up about the lack of interest in his convention.
