Rep. James Comer, the powerful chairman of the House Committee on Oversight, attacked his own constituents when he has no interest in holding a town hall if people who show up act like village idiots.
Since Trump took over and trashed the economy with his illegal and moronic tariffs, Republican town halls have been a bastion of anger and frustration.
Many Republican Congresscritters are refusing to hold town halls so they don’t have to listen to the frustration from their constituents.
Gomer Comer decided it was prudent to attack his own voters.
“If people want to ask questions, that’s fine,” Rep. Comer said. “I do a lot of interviews.”
When he’s not holding faux investigations against Joe Biden, Comer spends his time doing media interviews.
COMER: I’ll do a town hall. It just depends who’s in the town hall that’s all the village idiots are not any desire to do a town hall. With good productive members of society I’ll be happy to do it.

How dare you get angry if your paycheck has now shrunk and you’re struggling because of Trump’s illegal tariffs, inflation, and his unmitigated disaster of a war with Iran.
