Garland was so concerned about Republicans accusing him of being partisan and corrupt that he took too long to seek the prosecution of Donald Trump for inciting the Jan. 6th insurrection. Conviction was probable, but instead we now have an attack of our democracy underway.Trump is not just a ” different” type of president. He is a disordered person behaving in ways that would get any other person arrested. The power of Congress has proven to be ineffective in preventing an autocratic government takeover.
WHY WON’T THE MEDIA OR CONSTITUTIONAL LAW ATTORNEY’S HOLD THE GOP JUSTICES ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE ILLEGAL ACTIONS TRUMP IS TAKING. BASED ON THE WORDING OF THEIR IMMUNITY RULING, TRUMP HAS DECLARED THAT NOTHING HE DOES CAN BE LEGALLY CHALLENGED. LET’S PUT THEM UNDER OATH AND ASK THEM IF THE MADE THAT RULING BECAUSE THEY DID NOT WANT THE PRESIDENT RESTRAINED BY THE CONSTITUTION.
