America is in a state of great financial, moral, and constitutional decline. The corrupted Republican Party has joined with America’s first dictator to normalize greed, racism, pedophilia, censorship, and violence. Democracy, the Republican Party, the careers of prior members of his Administration, and the respect of America around the world are dying. THE GOP COULD NOT HAVE FOUND A LESS WORTHY PERSON TO SUPPORT AND WORSHIP THAN DONALD TRUMP, A MAN DESPISED BY MOST PEOPLE WHO HAVE KNOWN HIM. The size of the “No Kings” protests is proof that We The People reject Donald Trump and if given the power we would immediately remove him from office. The suffering he is inflicting on the American people and the world should be illegal and prosecuted.

THE PROCESS BY WHICH THE 25TH AMENDMENT, IMPEACHMENT, AND REMOVAL CAN BE INVOKED PER THE CONSTITUTION IS FLAWED. THE FOUNDERS WERE WORRIED ABOUT THE ASCENDENCE OF A CORRUPT PRESIDENT, HOWEVER, THEY OVERLOOKED THE POSSIBILITY THAT IF ONE PARTY HELD ALL OF THE GOVERNMENTAL POWERS, CORRUPTION WOULD BE INEVITABLE AND WE COULD LOSE OUR DEMOCRACY. +

Giving the Vice President and the President’s Cabinet the sole authority to remove the President is a weak safeguard against autocracy and corruption. The Founders believed that the checks and balances they specified would preserve democracy, but they were naive about the power of partisan politics. No party has ever been as willing to abandon the Constitution as the Trump Republican Party. Only Democrats or Independents can now be trusted to be the stewards of our democracy.

During the Biden Administration, democrats failed to prosecute Trump for the insurrection in a timely manner. This allowed him to run for office and become president for a second term. Trump got caught breaking the law. He was prosecuted for crimes against the United States. However, being well-trained by mafia lawyer Roy Cohn served him well as he corruptly succeeded in getting a suspicious 1% majority win in the 2024 election (or was it rigged by Elon Musk’s dark money and voter intimidation)?

Eight million people protested on March 28th in 50 states in the third NO KINGS MARCH. Millions of allied countries around the world protested with us in opposition to the Trump presidency. However, the cult of Trump has eliminated the possibility of Vice President Vance or any of the unqualified, compromised Cabinet loyalists to remove Trump from office. We can all see that Trump is in mental decline. Americans of all three parties know he has become more erratic, impulsive, angry, paranoid, forgetful and violent. Anyone who can see or hear is witnessing the embarrassing and incoherent speeches delivered by Donald Trump. The Republicans are either staying silent about his lies, inappropriate joking, and incorrect declarations or minimizing them as “Trump just being Trump”.

We, the people, are ready for this disastrous Trump chapter to end. We want our rights reinstated. We are sick of his ass. ault on affordable healthcare. We want the murderous militarization of our cities stopped. We are sick of watching Trump destroy our historical monuments. We are sick of watching Trump protect pedophiles and himself from full exposure in the Epstein files. We are sick of Trump defending white nationalists and Nazis. We are sick of watching Trump pardon drug criminals, sex criminals, white-collar scammers, and insurrectionists. We are sick of watching Trump grift millions of dollars from taxpayer money for his own financial gain. We are sickened by Trump disrespecting our allies and therefore weakening our national security. We are disgusted by watching Trump drool over Putin. We are disturbed by Trump’s disregard for the other two branches of government. We are sick of his expensive, baseless revenge prosecutions. We are tired of him embarrassing our country with his stupidity. We are tired of the lying and gaslighting. We are tired of him attacking our free speech rights and trying to restrict the media. We are tired of his assault on immigrants, women, the disabled, minorities, and the LGBTQ COMMUNITY. WE ARE SICK OF HEARING HIS OBNOXIOUS VOICE, SEEING HIS ORANGE FACE, HIS PUCKERED LIPS YELLING ” FAKE NEWS”, HIS CREEPY SEXUALITY, WATCHING HIM DO THAT DISTURBING DANCE, AND HIS ARROGANT, DISTORTED VIEW OF HIMSELF AS A KING.

THE PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE THE POWER TO INVOKE THE 25TH AMENDMENT OR START IMPEACHMENT PROCEEDINGS. HOWEVER, WE CAN ORGANIZE PROTESTS TO LET OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS KNOW WE WOULD REMOVE HIM FROM OFFICE TODAY IF WE HAD THE POWER. WE CAN DEMAND THAT THEY DO IT OR SUFFER GRAVE POLITICAL CONSEQUENCES.
